Need help with hood alignment

The hood on my 93 doesn't align properly with the bumper. The area just forward of the right headlight is about 1/4" below the plane of the
hood for about 6", (I put masking tape on the hood and the bumper to make if easier to see):

How can I get the hood and bumper to line up properly?

Check whether hinge is bent or damaged, if not, here is the adjustment procedure.
