I bought a polo green 91' a few weeks back, and curiosity has gotten the best of me. The console lid door has been replaced, and i don't have the RPO code list.
It's an fX3 6sp, but I wanted to know how you can differentiate Z-51 from base model. I've heard about Z-51 having 1 turn either way in the steering, and base having 1.5 turns. Just tried mine out and it's more like ~1.25 turns, maybe a bit less. I've got bilsteins, but they're replacements. Any definite way to check?
And if it is a Z-51 and FX-3, that makes it a Z07, correct, or can you get Z-51 + FX3 without the J55 heavy duty brakes?
And having a 91' 6sp, that means I have 3.54's, correct? I sit at 78mph at 2k.
