Paint Colors
I have a ways to go but just wondering what colors you think look good on a C4? Right now it's a metalic silver which looks kinda nice but needs to be repainted. I was thinking either red, black, or just redo the same color.

You are going to get numerous answers and red will be about 98% of all.
If you Vette is silver, I recommend to re-paint it the same color. Silver Vettes looks great, find a
matching set of wheels and you will be satisfied.

Red does seem to be the most common and the best looking but silver is growing on me.

Clearly your only option is to paint each body panel a different color.

Let me so humbly suggest....
one of the greatest colors to roll out of Bowling Green KY....bright aqua metallic, and another chance to shamelessly post a pic

I'd repaint the same color. I know I'll be in the minority, but I'm not a fan of red.

Paint color
I would paint it the same color. IMO any car with a fresh paint job looks good.

Bright or Torch Red would be my biased choice.
But if you're in Texas, where it gets quite hot in the summer, I'd stay with the original silver.

I am absolutely nuts about black cars. Had red ones and not a real big fan of red anymore. Silver would be a sharp looking color on a Vette. Keep it silver, especially in Texas, it gets d**n hot in the summer.

As others stated.... stay with the same color, unless you are planning on having every jamb painted as well...

The color depends what you like. try to look at various pictures of cars on the forum and see what you like.

I have Bright Red and wanted it to be red for a Corvette. But after owning red I must say the Steel Blue color for a 1990 is stunning.

Keep in mind that you are not confined to Corvette colors. Mine is Torch Red, but if I repaint it I may go with a slightly darker/richer red, such as Honda or Mitsubishi red. Just make sure that you go with a stock paint from some manufacturer so that you have a paint code to match in case of a repair. Lots of beautiful stock colors out there.
