Pretty cool Corvette cassette
Hey everyone,
So someone saw me on the road last week and made me pull over and he made me a cash offer for my Vette that I couldn't resist so I sold it. I pulled my baby in my garage for the last time and started cleaning it out and found this pretty cool C4 Corvette cassette. I kept it for myself and was wondering if it was worth anything?

Yea it was pretty funny, I was standing at a red light and the guy behind me got out of his camry and knocked on my glass, I was like damn a red light fight is about to go down lol, he was like can you pull over I want to talk to you about your car and one thing lead to another and now my baby is gone. If anyone wants this tape I guess shoot me an offer I know this isn't the right place to post it but just not sure if anyone even wants it lol.

That's been awhile. I put one in my New 1969 Charger R/T. But....wasn't it an 8 track. I also had an underdash 45 record player. The first 45 I bought for it was "Lay Lady, Lay" by Dylan.
Wow....that was a while ago. These young kids are going.......huh?

So you never cleaned out your car till you sold it? 
Cool tape! Do a search on ebay, might find something similar and get a value. I'd give it to the guy you sold your car to, it's part of that car's history.

Never heard a C4 being sold in that fashion before. But if it were to happen to me it would give me an excuse to get that C6 I have been eying...
But good thing this guy did not try that "tap...tap...tap" on my window at a red light. He may not appreciated staring down a 45 and I don't mean records...

I have one still in the case and plastic wrap for my '87 with the letter where GM mailed them out when they were out of stock to put in the new 'vettes. I'm not sure they are worth anything but it's cool to have them with the car.

I bought one on Ebay about 5 years ago for my 1990 Corvette. It was the first year that the Vette came with a CD Player (it was combination CD/Cassette Base). I paid $20 (in Sept 2006) for it and I also bought the "Informational VHS Video Tape" for 1990 for it for $11.90.
