Have a voice: What C4 parts do you want?
After seeing some of the responses to the fuel/trip buttons, we've grown curious as to what you, the customer, would like to see from our end. So here's your chance, don't be shy, let your voice be heard! What are some of the annoying, cumbersome, or downright impossible-to-find parts that you all would like to see reproduced and be made readily available?
We're listening, let's hear it!

I had a scare trying to find a turn signal pivot (GM 7841413) for my '87 a few weeks ago. I found one NOS, but had to look for a while & paid more than I should'a.
Basically, if it's plastic or rubber and not readily available please have at it...I'll need it eventually.
Oh...thanks for asking.

Automatic shift needle indicator that the orange paint don't fall off. Replaced with 3 new and all have had paint come off.
Also rear shock upper mounting plate.
And a discontinued part that I am sure you could sell tons. door chime module
Maybe find a place to manufacture the front license plate cold air intake that was made some years back.

Steel power brake boosters. These plastic stock ones are total crap!!!
The cases on the 3, (Yes, 3), that I replaced this year on my 94 all cracked on the front half in different places.
There are no other options that I have seen.
How about a redesigned shifter bezel without the door on it. With cup-holder/s big enough to actually hold a large drink. (Set farther from shifter so your shift **** doesn't hit the cup)
Thanks for your interest in C4s. You guys are cool.

Just about any of the molded rubber hoses are now impossible to find.
I had to put a used oil cooler hose (the one between the block and the oil cooler) on my car after mine got a pinhole leak. It's 25 years old, just like the one I took off.
The PCV hose on the driver's side is the original. It seems to be holding up OK, though it's very stiff and hard.
I had to replace the PCV hose that goes from the throttle body to the metal tube that goes back to the fitting on the passenger side valve cover. I had to use a piece of plain fuel line and it didn't make the bend successfully. See the kink here:

I recently had a fire in my engine compartment. The four wire cable that goes from the back of the distributor (from the ignition module) to the main wiring harness is impossible to get. My connectors are badly melted and I want to replace that cable. The part number is 1986260.
Also, there is a plastic insulator in the distributor that this cable goes through. Over the years it got brittle and broke into multiple pieces. Right now my cable just goes through the opening in the distributor housing with no protection against chafing that might cause a short.

I don't know if they are available today, but a few years back, it was impossible to find front speaker covers(the ones in the footwell).

Thank you for the opportunity to comprise a list.
The 2 part interior plastic halo that covers the complete interior B pillar on both driver and passenger sides (each piece has cutouts for the upper seatbelt anchors, interior lights, coat hooks, and rear targa bolts).
