1988 Idle issues
My 1988 runs strong but I have had it 3 different times not idle at all. Just tonight I started it and it would not idle. Started it 3 times and each time it would not idle but if I keep my foot on the gas it ran fine. I saw where people suggested to unplug the MAF and see if it would idle. Off I went to the garage but before I unplugged the MAF I wanted to start it and make sure it still had the problem. Guess what, it idled fine. Any Idea what is causing this intermittent issue?

Start off with a "minimum idle" and TPS adjustment. Fixed my problem with the engine dying when I stopped (wouldn't idle). Here's a link to the method:
