What a beautiful Vette. Brings back a lot of memories.
You have a VERY early production '92. Actually the 572nd one built.
I bought one new which was also built in 1991.
You have one of the few 3.07 rear axle ratios.
Believe me, there is quite a difference between yours and the 2.59!

Ok ran the codes and figured out all of them with the exception of B3E, which i think has something to do with the build date etc.
Also the color of this car is NOT quasar blue, but is actually 43U Bright Aqua Metallic.
Funny because the factory color of my 75 coupe is Bright Green Metallic

And I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about these Vettes!

It seems dark colors really POP with chromies. I thought I liked the brushed aluminum "salad shooters" on my 90 Z. Then I came across a set of A-mold chromes. Wow! They really make the whole scheme stand out.
Course, opinions vary; not a bad thing.
To the OP: Congratz on the C4. My wife has a 69 C3 vert, and I love it too. BUT! There is a world of performance difference between the two (as you are finding out, I'm sure!).

Sweet!
I want a set of polished A-molds for my 92 coupe.

I two have crossed over from C3 to C4. I have followed your C3 posts and part out for some time. You keep yourself very busy. I have a 1980 C3 and an 85 C4 I just picked up. I will be doing lots of electrical this winter. The 85 has ported intake, headers, exhaust, injector upgrade and runs awesome but the electrical gremlins in it are drag. I will be getting my digital display rebuilt this winter and do my best to figure out the rest of the problems. She hauls *** though and doesn't leak the 80!

Good luck with the engine swap on the 75. She will be a sleeper when your done. The only that will appreciate it are Corvette guys because as under powered as the 75's where, the guy at the stop light beside you doesn't know it, all he see's is a Corvette

If any of you hang out in the C3 section, you already know that I have owned my fair share of Corvettes. In fact there isnt any part of a C3 that I haven't taken apart or know how to put together.
All of them have been C3 corvettes, but as of yesterday I purchased my first C4 Corvette. I decided early on that I wanted a 92 and up vette because of the LT1 and I like the looks better inside and out. Picked this one up yesterday. Its a 1992 that has 107K on the clock and the only complaint I have is that the paint isnt pefect. Other than that, everything works (for now lol). Im happy because I am used to buying cars that need alot of work if not everything done to them.
Im looking forward to getting to know the C4 corvette and also the C4 members here on the forum.
And now for the PICS! (I promise Ill get better ones soon, I know garage pics are always awful)

Former C3 owner.....
Yes, like you, I've owned three c3 vetts, 1971, 77 and 80 and have really enjoyed all of them. What great cars, these vetts are!!!! Last January, 2011, I purchased a 1995 C4 in light aqua metallic. It had just 35,000 miles on it and I just love the car. Congrats on your purchase, it looks great and I know you will love driving this great machine.

I also moved up to a '94 from a '78. I had the 78 for 20 years and really liked it, but the 94 is a MUCH better car in just about every way. You'll love it. Congrats, and enjoy!
