1984 intermediate steering shaft coupler

Can anyone help on how I can rebuild this part since GM does not make it anymore and I can't find it in any salvage yards?

if you are talking about the rubber piece that connects your steering collum to your steering box, its called a 'rag joint' and available at almost all auto parts stores,

Or just have a machine shop drill it and put a hardened pin in place. No more clicking in your steering column.
