Verts will always command more money. I have a coupe and its just as nice riding with the targa off. I like the security of having the frame roll bar behind my head. As you can see with Gunny's (1963SS) car you can buy nice roll bars for the Verts. I am not planning on doing anything to flip the car but ya never know!

Before you make your decision, take the time to search out a C-4 convertible with the top down and take a good look at it. In my view (subjective as it is) the C4 verts (especially the early ones with the notched rear) are the best looking cars to ever come out of Detroit. I've had a lot of people, including Mustang and Viper owners, comment on the lines of my '88.
(especially when they are lowered!!
