I don't have either, but I would prefer the window sticker.
It lists the options on your car with the prices for everything, including it displays very well.
Thanks, trm 84

Considering that the information can always be purchased at the Corvette Museum, I'm not sure it matters other than it's a nice to have (either or both documents). As the owner of a 95 ZR-1, the only options available were the extra roof panel (with two tint colors available) and the car's color. That's it. And for 95 ZR-1s, that information can readily be found online.
Where documentation is especially important is with the early Corvettes (C1-3) from St. Louis since much of the data held by the factory was lost. As such, there are a lot of people trying to fake rare and valuable cars. You can't fake a C4 ZR-1 - or any other Bowling Green built car.

I have both but I display the window sticker whenever I show my Vette. It is more noticeable and informative in general to people. Everyone can relate to a "Window Sticker" while more hardcore motorheads would be found drooling over the build sheets!!! BTW if you do decide to get both(I recommend) that you get the lamination option.

window sticker here -
just a suggestion - i took my original window sticker from my 90 to kinko's and had a color copy made - the cost with lamination was around $5. the copy was excellent - just about everybody thought it was the original. i kept that in the car, and usually laid it on the dash at the local shows/cruise-ins. that way, you can keep your original tucked away and safe at home...
