Try ebay. I'm pretty sure there were some convertible C4 kits., but you might have to buy several and do some parts swapping to get your exact car. Look for models from AMT, MPC and Monogram.

Bought one once from fleybay and half the parts were missing, took me a while to get my $ back, he said I was trying to ripe him off

The kits I bought off eBay, I made sure it said "new" and still wrapped up. It doesn't make it 100% sure that all the parts are there but haven't had a problem. Also, whoever I buy from has to have a decent feedback.
