Cheap HUD Add on ...
I modified a product I've been playing with. I didn't care too much for the orig. design leaving ghosting on the windshield so I did a bit of a temporary modification that displays the image on the clear screen in front of you for clairity instead of the windshield... It allows you to use the HUD with out actually modifying the windshield ie tint. This can be used in any vehicle via the OBDII... What do you think?

Not bad. A slimmer unit would be nice, but Most C4 owners are OBD 1

I was thinking of a toy periscope. I could check my speed without looking down, then turn it around to make sure my fly is up so I don't scare the truckers.

lol, not receipts, My dash is has WAYYYYYY too much armor all on it and everything slides so I added the double sided tape to help sticky it in place.
As for price it'll be under 200 for an OBDII style.

The one thing that I do miss about my C5 is the HUD. I'd be happy with just MPH, especially with the automatic.
How much for a non OBDII car like my 91?

it's actually cheaper. I just have to look at a wiring diagram.

I like it. Any way you could add a shift light to the center of the tach, (with adjustable rpms)?
