Noisey Head Lights
I own a 94 coupe. When I turn the head lights on or off they continue to make a clanking sound for about 10sec. after they open or close. Worn gears? Need adjustment? I would appreciate any assistance on how to repair this problem. Also, I have stock pipes and mufflers. I would like to make the exhaust a little louder. Can you just cram a pipe inside the muffler? is it the HEADLIGHT MOTOR REPAIR KIT
Description 1988-1996
88-96 factory headlight motors contain a drive gear that is gel packed, and it is this packing that fails and allows the motors to free wheel. The repair kit contains 3 Delrin bushings that replace the gel and allow the motors to operate properly. Easy installation - one kit needed per motor. Instructions included. ?

That's it!. You do need three for each side (one kit).
