Default 1994 Corvette Value?

I am the original owner. Bought off showroom floor 8/1994
LT-1, automatic
Car is in perfect condition...
Never in any accident or re-painted
Car all stock except... Battery, tires, windshield wipers
33,000 miles
Exhaust Pipes clean, still silver, car hardly in any rain
White, black interior
Bose
Glass roof
I have original window sticker and manual
Spare tire never used or opened

This car has always been kept covered in the garaged and is super clean
What price range could I expect on this?
Thinking of EBay or Craigslist if I decide to sell...

Sounds like a fantastic car. I'd quess in the $12k-$15k range. A couple years ago, maybe $20k. It might be "worth" more, but you have a very small market. Someone who wants a C4 AND doesn't mind paying for quality (and accepts that the car is probably worth more now than it will be again). Most of the younger market (market actually) with that kind of money is looking at C5's. Good luck on a beautiful car.

I just bought a 1994 that is red on red, has Bose, upgraded seats, performance axle w/38,000 miles. The car is immaculate. I paid $14k, which may have been a little high, but the car is in such great condition I did not care.

C5? There is a market for them? And a young market at that? Seriously?

Put it on eBay with no reserve and a starting bid of $1. In 7 days, you'll know exactly what the market thinks it's worth.

I'd say it will bid north of $10K. $11-12K would be my guess based on how you described the car.

Soon the C5 will be the runt of the market. I almost can't wait. Haha.

To the OP, sounds like a real nice car. You should be in the $12k-$14k range. Two questions: why you selling it and why didn't you drive it more?

Where u located? I will sell my 93 with 80k on the clock next week and come out to scoop that car up for $12k ALL DAY!!

If i was you I would keep that car for another 15-20 years!! probably wont even crack 60k miles since you only put on 3x,xxxK in since new

same here...$14k for an arctic white '94 w/manual trans, last April. It had 36k miles on it, dual roofs, corsa catback, k&n air filter, otherwise stock.

I didn't mind paying the premium price for the condition and manual trans.
& I only had to travel about 60 miles to look at it...

I am not sure if I would sell. It would take a long time before I could find another one as nice as this. I keep the car at a second home out of state. It really is a nice car but I do not drive it much, because I can't. I just wanted to know the value.

The car in perfect condition could sell for $17,000, maybe more, to the right purchaser. There are people looking for low mileage original like new C4's and will pay the price. They are getting scarce.

Just under 3 years ago I got my 94 auto with exactly 29020 miles on it when I started driving it home. It wasn't "absolutely" perfect but it was pretty darn close, much better condition than the other cars I had looked at. I paid 13,500 for it and never looked back. If I were in the market for a super clean one owner 94 I'd easily go 13-14 for your car even in todays slumping economy. Cars like yours are getting harder to find

astepup said that

I agree with FrizleFrak, I think you are looking at 10-12.5k...

Last July I purchased a 92k mile 1994 Torch Red Coupe 6 speed for $9,750, everything was perfect on it aside from headlight bushings.

I'd guess a quick sale at 10k, but if you are in no hurry then 14k to the right buyer. I'd pull up a Craigslist listing in the nearest large city and see what other people are listing for.

$10-12K. You could probably ASK $13-14 and expect to be beaten down to $10-12K.

Someone on our C4's for sale forum was selling a 95 or 96 automatic with only like 2X,XXX miles and was asking $13,500 and didn't get many bites. His was yellow. I love that color, but many won't. I believe it was a 1 or 2 owner car unless I'm mistaken. Perfect, IMO.

Here's the problem:

The C4 is a niche car. People that buy them buy them because they like the C4 over the C5/C6. Many will argue that the C5/C6 is a vastly better car and on paper they're all right. The people that are C4 shopping are gonna use that to beat you down on the price. Also, it's an 18 year old car. Any low mileage run of the mill 18 year old car would probably be only worth about 1/3rd of it's original sticker price.

Also, it's an automatic. Most of the people that buy 'vettes new are middle aged men. They usually buy automatics. Only about 1 out of 4 new 'vettes sold new now are manual transmissioned cars. The used market is the exact opposite. 3/4 Corvette shoppers want a 6 speed.

I recently sold my 94 LT1 automatic last July. Polo green. It was clean and mechanically sound. The paint was okay--a decent 20 foot car. It had 104K miles. I was like the 5th or 6th owner. Clean title and no wrecks worse than being backed into in a parking lot 2 times in 17 years. I asked $6,900 and let it go for $6,300 pretty quickly. I hope that helps.
