Default I already broke something...

I haven't gotten the FSM yet but I need to. I can't find a diagram to tell me what this part is

I came home from work and was looking under the engine cover on the passenger side and went to move the tube it was connect to. the tip of the connector snapped off. I can still put it back together. Do I need to replace this or can I leave it as is for now?

You can find one of those for a few bucks at any auto parts store. If it isn't working, it can cause your HVAC and cruise control to misbehave.
