I just began experiencing an issue when I accelerate from a stop or when driving that I am not sure the cause. I have a 1992 Corvette LT1.
I have used a good injector cleaner but I still have the problem which is not with every acceleration from a stop,
My thoughts are fuel pump since it occurs when I accelerate.
It reminds me of my racing days in the early 70's with carburetors that would bog when they were starving for gas or flooding out.
Any experience and trouble shooting help would be greatly appreciation as I will be driving it to Bloomington Gold in June.
Attach a fuel pressure gauge to the rail and then tape the gauge to the windshield. Take your car for a run and watch the gauge....what is happening to your pressure when you accelerate? Drop in pressure from standard could indicate your pump.
