Thanks to those of you who helped me with my torque questions while replacing rear wheel bearings and universals on my 96 LT4.
Next on the list is a magic trick for aligning the PITA passenger window...
I have searched high and low for a diagram and steps to follow but have not been too lucky. Nothing seems to bee too worn, front felt was missing on front guide and was replaced. Glass was not snug at windshield / top. adjusted all possible but of course, made it worse. Also glass must have been replace but was too far away from front. I adjusted that and now it seems better but after 3 hours or so, it still isn't right.
Looking for a diagram and a trick.
If anyone out here has one, it is you guys here
Thanks
Scott
To my knowledge there is no diagram it is strictly trial & error and can be very frustrating. Just keep at it, you will get it. The only tip I can give is to not tighten the 10mm bolts that hold the glass too tight. That glass will literally explode, this is first hand knowledge, scared the hell out of me.
