I was Chief of a volunteer fire company in upstate NY before I move to FL. One of my last calls was for an accident. Got there and it was a mid 90's white Vette 2 kids had "borrowed" from an uncle. They had lost control, skidded an ungodly distance, bounced over a culvert and then the car caught fire. We got it out before it completely dissintegrated, but was probably totalled with fire and undercarriage damage. Didn't roll the car either, amazingly. Broke my heart to see the Vette sitting there with thick black smoke rolling up off it.
