All the cars with 24's+ come out this weekend for cruising downtown Indianapolis during Black Expo weekend, biggest cruising weekend downtowna after 500 weekend, I am not trying to stereo type, it is just a fact here in Indy

Uh huh....and while he's turning his wrist 90 degrees to look cool "bustin' a cap", I'm gonna drill a nice hole symmetrically in his forehead. He pulls it out there will be a firefight. 
Very few have any firearm skill whatsoever. And the real bangers don't typically mess with civilians, at least not here.
Now, all that out of the way, those wheels could look very nice.....laying in a pile of scrap aluminum awaiting recycling into something useful.....say a beer can, for example. Well, no....beer should be bottled.....a can of Diet Coke maybe.
And there is an upside....once the backward hat wearing douchebag tires of the car and puts it on Craigslist, you can buy it, sell the goofy wheels and put some proper ones on, and come out on the good end of the deal financially.
BTW....I dig the color. Unconventional, yet semi-tasteful.

I agree with the poster who commented on gangster types having no skill whatsoever with a firearm. Besides, if they carry a 9mm, for work I've always got a .45. Last year more innocent bystanders got hit in gang fights than the intended targets.

1. Spray and pray, missing intended targets and hitting lightpoles and children.
2. Wear their hats backwards and show their underwear
3. Put stupid looking wheels on their cars.
I'm betting the proud owner of this C4 has a .25 Raven in his pocket and a Raiders cap on sideways.

I'll just yank his shorts up over his head (and backwards cap) being their sticking out 8 inches or more above his 3 sizes too big pants!

A guy got pulled over last week with a 9mm high point C9 with a beretta M9 magazine in it with one 9mm fmj round holding down a mix of .22 lr, 380 auto, and 9x18 mak ammo under it. No round chambered, and the thing couldn't have even shot with the 92fs mag.

I know a guy who took a couple of 45 acp rounds to non vital areas. He would have been finished, but the gangster behind the gun had loaded a 40s&w round at position 3 or 4 and the firing pin failed to drive home on the 40 round saving his life. These types of people didn't do well in school, why should they be good at gun slinging.
