Corvette Central has an entire "hood latch kit" and a number of individual pieces. I ordered hood springs from them a week ago, and they arrived in a day

ordered some today from http://corvetteparts.com/. They are a limited part but they had some in stock. My GM dealer doesn't have them and says they are discontinued.
