What wheels are these?

Any wheel guys have any idea what these are.

I've not seen them on google and i'm not sure if their stock or not.

I assume you use a braille computer. It says BBS right there on the center of the wheel.

they are not stock but many dealers offered them back in the day as an aftermarket accessory. They were pretty popular at the time

Yea, I have sen alot of them on Trans-Ams and Camaro's. Been around since 1970.

best i can tell the first letter is B, the other 3 i cant tell.

or, if i switch the big and little dots, i get E for the second letter... and H for the third and fourth.

or i can just be way off

They are BBS RS, on a serious note, here's a set if you're interested in what they might sell for or cost to buy. They can be found for less, but not much more than that. The 17" versions are very rare.
vetsalsman is correct, you see them for sale on here once in awhile, but these days they are popular with the tuner folks
