front wing
Didn't know they made a front wing for a car till today. Got the newest Corvette America catalog and was flipping thru admiring the awesome C4's with ground effects they have pictured. Then I came across a front wing that they sell. Just wandering but....does anyone have one, or have any interest in buying one?

I have seen these before and they did not impress me. I had a friend that had one and every once in a while on a hard downpour at a certain speed, the water that accumulated on the low pressure side of the wing would spray off and hit the windshield. It took alot to get used to he said. I just don't like the looks. It ruins the smooth lines of the front end in my opinion.

What purpose would it serve? A wing that small wouldn't be effective till about 140mph and then it would probably crush the hood.

one time i went to the mall and saw a corvette with one of those. it also had chipped paint and some other hideous modifications to the hood. while i was looking at it, the lady who owned it came out of the mall and we talked for a little while. i didn't have the heart to tell her it was by far the ugliest corvette i had ever seen. those wings suck.
