Default Electrical problem with whipper

Hi !

I have a problem with my whipper.

The whipper work correctly at low and fast but nothing on delay and the windshield washer don't work too. The pump are working, i already check it.

I remove the controller in the door and i see that it have a resistance, it have 12Volt on 1 side and nothing at the other end.

It is possible that it's the problem ?

Any other help was appreciate.

Thanks you ans sorry again for my english

small english lesson......
wiper is what you mean. one P and the I sounds like AYE.
two P's and the i sounds like Igh........same works for a-e-i-o-u
....
Ok,
1. wiper motor black cover may have been removed for an engine change, and the little metal clips broken or lost before the black cover went back on. OR
The delay board may have bad solder joints on it. Remove it and solder the suspicious looking ones. The delay board is in the black cap on the wiper motor.
2. The pump not running:
take the cap-plug off of the washer motor and use your meter on the motor. you should get around 20-25 ohms.
If you have ohms, then use your meter, in the cap-plug.
One side should be 12 volts if you have the washer energized, and the other pin should be a ground.
If the key and the washer is off, you should just get a ground.
3. If you get the motor running, the end of it is a pump. try cleaning it out be forcing some water through it as you run the motor. It is also possible the tubing is plugged. try running the pump without the tubing while adding water with a syringe.
Remember what I said about the clips? if the clips are missing, the washer won't work either.
