Default 87 brakes

Just bought Vette. Front brakes when hot are locking up. Replaced all components of the brakes, (hoses, rotors, calipers and pads), still locking up! Any ideas?

I am assuming all the replacement parts are OEM or better?

I'm looking throught the service manual, there are several things, a modulator value, lateral acceleration swicth, control modual,
wheel speed sensors? Allot of electronics may need to be tested.

My manual is for an 1986 but it should be close. Is your ABS light on? And I did you check the wheel bearings when you replaced the rotors?

I can email you the brake section of the manual if you want it (a .pdf file) or the whole thing, let me know.

If ABS is working correctly they shouldn't be "locking up"
And yes the smaller early brakes will get hot with repeated excessive use if not allowed to cool down
Are calipers adjusted so they are not dragging and causing heat?

When I say "locking up" I mean as the brakes get hot it's like they are not releasing. Less than a 2 mile drive, admittedly I am driving it like I stole it, they start smoking like crazy, I have to get home before they sieze up. They did sieze once before I replaced eveything and after cooling a bit I was able to get rolling again. No ABS light. Wheel bearings are fine.
P.S. - The car was sitting for quite a while prior. New booster was installed just before.
Thanks

Some thoughts
Worn calipers will **** the piston in the bore not allowing brake pad to retract fully so it drags on the rotor.
Old soft brake hoses can collapse and act like a one way valve not releasing the line pressure giving same result
Suggest strip and check calipers
Easy check for dragging calipers is a short trip with min braking ; if you feel heat at center of wheel then brakes are dragging
