Cooling system help
I have a 84 and I found that my fan was not running I pulled fan and tested it. It was good! The fuse is good! But then I found the temp sensor On passenger side in between spark plugs with no wire on it can u tell me what color the wire would be and where I might find it thanks

First pull the relay and jumper the Red wire to the Dk Red/Wht wire to assure the fusable link is in tact.
If OK, install the relay, open the connector in the A/C pressure line, jump the socket and turn the ign key to Run. If the fan comes on the relay is fine.

Ok so I figured it out! I checked the fan relay by putting power to the first two pins and ground to the third pin and heard relay click hooked it back up turned key on and took wire connector off the temp switch located on passager side block in between spark plugs and used a power probe 3 and put ground to plug and fan came on so my temp switch is bad thanks for all the help
