The driver side window for some reason goes up to far now. So far it is above the rubber molding. Any ideas why?

Hi there is a bracket in the door frame that is secured by two bolts, they are a few inches in from the top and latch end of door. the bolts can be loosened and the bracket moved a bit up and down.
The bolts are on a 20 or 30 degree angle from vertical.
This bracket limits how far the window goes up and the top of the glass towards the middle of the car.

Remove the door trim to see, sorry a don't have a pic of it.

Hope it helps

Sounds like the stop in the door is broken. I replaced the one in my "93 last weekend. The part can be found at Eckler's and the instructions from doing a search on this forum.
