Keyless remote differences? PNZ or ABO
Hello,
What is the difference between remotes that start with part no ABO and PNZ? I just bought a couple on Ebay and the seller is asking me which I need? My car is a 93 base coupe. I never had a remote, so I don't know which one is correct.

The only difference is that there is one fob for a coupe and another for a convertible (no hatch open button). Two buttons for coupe, one for vert. I'm not sure which one is ABO and which is PNZ. Should be easy to look at a few ads in ebay and figure it out.

By the way, have you tried doing the programming sequence to see if it looks like the car will search for a remote. Those systems do break, better to find that out before you spend big money on a fob.
