transmission

Recently I bought a 1984 C4 Corvette that had been sitting for at least 10years in a garage. Was able to turn it on after changing out the fuel pump, fuel filter, and cleaning the injectors. However upon attempting to drive it I heard a ticking sound coming from either the drive shaft or transmission. Any ideas on what it might be?

Need to narrow down the area the noise is coming from more than that for us to identify
Could be the flexplate ,the trans , the driveshaft uni's , half shaft uni's , wheel bearings .......

I assume the noise only comes when you're rolling? Run it more and then hoist it while warm and check u-joints RODJ mentioned..
