torqueing bolts

Default torqueing bolts
Question about bolt torque when using blue loctite. Do you guys use the torque spec listed in the fsm even though you have loctite on the bolt threads?

FWIW, when i use thread-locker on bolts, i still torque to factory specs. just because a bolt is torqued to spec, there's no guarantee it won't loosen. i don't use thread-locker on everything - depends on the application.

A small amount of thread locker won't change the rated torque value for a fastener.
