The power antenna on my 1994 coupe used to stay down if the radio was off when I started the car. Now it automatically comes up when I start the car whether the radio is on or off. Is there a relay somewhere that could be causing this to happen? Any clues as to what to look for?
sounds like your radio is keeping power to it, is it stock or aftermarket? your radio
gave it some post coffee thought, swap your relay for a known good one, after that its your radio thats juicing it

Leave the relay alone, if the antenna goes up the relay is working fine.
You have to look at what controls the antenna relay namely the radio through the pink wire behind radio.
This wire should not have voltage with the radio switched off with the key on, if so (yours must as the antenna goes up) the radio has a defect and needs repair or replacement.
