I'm trying to help out a friend w/ an 84 coupe. He was not the most knowledgable about his car, so asks me alot of questions. I don't think he has the owner's manual to look this up so I will ask you guys. He wants to know where the jack, tire wrench, and locking lug is located. Any help will be appreciated. Thx.
Thx for the tips guys. I am trying to educate him on his 84. I am constantly harping on him to drive it more. That's where the fun is. I average about 5M a year and he is lucky to get 1M. Thx again.
A guy I know had a problem with his car (I think it's a '92), and while troubleshooting it, I saw that the lug wrench was mounted on the floor behind the passenger seat.
My lug wrench is in the passenger side rear compartment. The jack is clipped to the spare wheel with a large spring. I think the lug lock was in the rear compartment too, but I got rid of it years ago because I didn't like dealing with the stupid locking lug nuts. I didn't think anybody would want to steal my stock wheels anyway. I got chrome lug nuts a few years ago and now I don't have to deal with the double-stupid plastic lug nut covers.
