Ball Joints or Tie rod ends.
I just replaced my ball joints.
It helped some with my vibration, but then I did the Tie rods ends and set the toe end slightly and now its total different.
The steering is lighter, less bumpsteer, and I can finally drive above 70 mph (when roads permit) with out the wheel shaking
