Service Engine Light
I have a 96 vert. Has Magnaflow axle back mufflers. I had a buddy take out the center resonator and replace with straight pipe. So now it is pipe only from the CATS to the axle back Magnaflows. Since dropping the resonator, it is throwing the service engine light.
Any insight? TIA.

There are no sensors behind the resonator, so the SES is not directly related to it. Unless he damaged, loosened the O2 sensors in some way, but those are up front on the down pipe.
