When my 1985 corvettes head lamps are down they aren't exactly flush with the hood, this doesn't really bother me but one of them gets stuck when its turning off so Im just wondering if anyone knows a way to easily adjust them so they are more flush and don't rub.

You can adjust the trim to make it level but it is usually a sign that the bearing/bush from the mounts on the hood to the headlights has wear. Unplug the electrical connector and manually rotate the headlight half way, then check for play.
If its still tight then just align the trim panel, I believe you need to remove the cover over the headlight to get to the screws.
