93 lt1

My 93 corvette coupe with 30,000 miles was running great. I turned the car off and it sat for about a half hour and after starting it again the car ran rough and started to backfire.

At idle , while driving , under load.......????

Have you pulled the engine codes to see if any faults are showing?

Did not pull any engine codes, just placed the car in storage for the winter. A couple of friends mentioned that it may be the optic iginition unit, the C4 is noted for this problem.

The Optispark usually works great until you get it wet. Did you wash off the engine?
