Watch out for headlights
I've noticed a number of threads lately about repairing headlight motors. Just wanted to mention we need to be careful when dealing with headlights opening and closing. Sometimes we have someone in the driver's seat turning the lights on and off while we fiddle with the motors in the hood. These motors have a lot of torque and won't stop if a finger is caught between the light and hood. Be aware and careful of what you are doing when the lights are opened and closed.

My wife is forbidden to "help" work on the cars. She only gets to back over my foot ONCE!
You can stop the lights mid cycle if you flip them back to the parking light position while they are rotating. Or better yet, just turn the little manual rotation **** on the motor.
