Stressed Out!!!!
Cruising around Friday night and run into a friend who says he is going up to the local cruise-in to show off his car. He asks me to meet him there so I decide to go to check out what's going on. The placed is packed by I manage to get a very wide spot in the adjacent parking lot. A few people are there next to me with their cars on display. I park and walk over to talk to my friend on the other lot. I'm there about and hour and decide to go home.
So today I go out to clean up the vette and what do I find? It appears I have been hit by someone, not once, but twice. Once on the side near the driver's door and the other near the rear corner. It had to be two different people because the areas are so far apart. Just scrapes by the door but the rear shows big time stress marks. Just cosmetic but it just makes me sick. Will time heal my stress or everytime I look at this will I get more steamed? :mad

I am sure you will get more :mad the more you look at it. So you should get it fixed ASAP so the car will be back to normal and you can forget this little episode :seeya

You'll get more'n more mad every time you see it. If you have comprehensive insurance...turn it in and get it fixed. If you don't...see what ya can do about repairing it yourself. It'll chew at'cha every time you see it. :mad

Just wanted to update my story. I talked to the insurance company today and they wanted a police report. I went down to the police station and they look at it and tell me that the car wasn't hit, it was kicked. Now no one probably knows for sure, and I didn't see a shoe mark, but if they are right that just makes me sick. I don't have any enemies in this town so it was just a random act of vandalism brought on by jealousy.
At any rate I'm getting the thing fixed because I can't stand to see it messed up.
