I don't know if coolant alone can do this but from what others say do a radiator clean out :) and change your thermostat. I have done the clean out :cool: but not the 160 thermo yet. The clean out alone helped a lot :yesnod: , but haven't done the thermo yet. Good luck. :cheers:

I think you are talking about water wetter. It is a coolant additive that can help reduce coolant temps. I dont think it will lower temp 40 degrees. It can help keep the temps down when the engine is running under extreme load. Cleaning out between the radiators, changing the stat, and a coolant flush like stated above will probably do the most good.
