Quick Vats question

Hey guys i just need to ask before i bypass the vats. My multimeter is reading 4.71 Ohms on the 20k setting. That would make my resistance code be a #6 right? Just wanted to ask real quick to make sure.

Oh wow glad i double checked it is 4.71 for sure so i guess #11 is it thanks guys.

Yes those are "nominal" numbers/values

11 is 4560 - 4960 I believe

Is his post a "TYPO" 1.47? I guess I was typing while you checked and posted! You see there are NO silly questions, the silly question is I guess the one NOT asked!

Now - why by-pass it? Fix it!

You've already cut the cost by 50% - and if you shop hard they're not that expensive all things considered!

Keep the VATs man.

The last thing you want to do is make an already appealing car even more appealing to steal.

Spend the 40 bucks for the blank and keygrind. The peace of mind alone is worth it.
