Best way to increase performance and horsepower on a 1991 C4 240 HP..please help

Heads
Intake (Mini ram, Mod LT1)
Cam
Headers
True Dual exhaust
Stall converter
Gears

Replace it with an LS. That is what I did to my 91.
!Mod It if you Got IT!
Replacing the L98 with an LSX ... My swap

Best bang for the buck.... N20... but its not a constant.

Goals would def help people to point you in the right direction.

I have done all the work. It was about 5K.I made about 3K selling my old stuff.
