New Vette
A friend of mine had the rare opportunity to actually find and buy a vette almost identical to my own. Same year, color and everything. He's actually putting in an Accel Super Ram on a practically out-of-the-box newly put in L98(I wanted a mini but the maintenance is a B**** I heard). The mods look identical except for the custom side vents that he's gonna put in to match mine......(if he can find em). Anyway, the cars gonna be mine soon as I offered to pay him a couple Gs with a straight up trade. All in all, my "new" vette will be .............yes a Black Modded 90'(even with the same fin, but I'm takin my chromed sawblades to the new one of course......he'll have to order em for HIS new 1 if he wants to look like MINE). The car doesn't seem to have any probs and in a while it'll be identical to the previous...........just gotta throw in a couple NOS tanks and rewire the switch to the console instead of under the dash this time:) and I'll be good to go.
This has to be the strangest "new ride" experience I've ever had. Once I put up the pics you'll see it's almost like a twilight zone episode. :D
