Default Loving the C4

I Will be picking up new to me 05 C6 next tuesday so I decided to pull the 89 out of storage and go out for a ride. I figured this will probably be one of the last times I drive it since I put up for sale.
It's been a month since I last drove it but after sitting in it, feeling the seats wrap around me god what a fun car to drive. I don't think I really want to sell it. WTF it's paid for and I have no mechanical issues and it is a dream to drive. We will see how it works out with two vettes vying for my time and $

There's things the C4 does better than the C6. It has better ground clearance for one (unless you've slammed it down) so driveway, parking lot, and speed bumps aren't nearly as murderous to the air dam.
Own both though. That's my plan. Along with a 93-02 Birdy/TA (just got to score them for the right price, and option levels). And my 86 Z28 (already own this one).... No I don't have a problem at all.

I can't wait to drive the C6. I tried falling in love with the C5 but no sparks.

It's fine two have two Vettes!! Keep em....two or three is nothing....one for each generations fine. My friends and family think I'm nuts for having a C4 and a C3. Live life and enjoy!!

I just love everything about the C4. The long hood line, rounded pop up lights, clamshell hood, seats, digital dash even the breadbox but the C6 is no ugly Beatty either. Oh let's not forget the most macho of all engines the LT5 (which I don't have but dream of)

Do the best you can to enjoy both Vettes. Imo, the C6 is my second favorite body style. Hope you can post pics soon.

Keep both. I have a 002 Z06 and a 1992 coupe. They are totally different from each other when driving and I like them both.

Just put it up for sale and ask 15K. That way your trying to sell but you can drive it until that very special person comes along to buy it.

Congrats on the C6

That is a NICE C6 If you don't mind me asking, how many miles on it and what's something like that going for? My reason for asking is that if things line up properly for me at work I'm looking at getting another vette this early summer, and since the C7 is out now it'd be nice if the early C6's were within reach..if not I'll look for an 04 C5. Either way the 94 WILL be staying in the garage...no way short of having to file bankruptcy will I ever sell that car...it's just too much fun I do hope you can sweet talk the wifey into keeping both. Tell her they can be a "his and hers" kind of thing.
