I'm having problems with the 1995 keyfob not exactly working correctly. It seems the buttons (rubber or something like it) are sticking below the level of the structure of the keyfob. I took the fob apart and it seems the small nips or **** (is that PC?) if you will on the back of the rubber, no longer sit exactly on the buttons beneath.
Is there a fix for this? That is, besides buying a new fob.
I'd post pictures, but this client will not let me. It seems I need to have the pics at a URL already.
The protrudances (maybe this is more PC) on the reverse side of the rubber buttons are the things in question. If you look closely the protrudences they tend to bend L or R and do not contact the button switches underneath the rubber piece. In fact they slip off the switches and no longer do their duty as one can see the rubber piece does not sit high in the hole. Does anyone make these for replacement?
Thanks
