Dodging Rain Showers
Yes, my '92 coupe will melt.
Actually, I got it cleaned up last weekend when the weather was nice here in th DFW area.
This weekend, we're having showers off and on, but I thought they had ended for a few hours. I pulled the Vette out of the garage so I could replace the struts on my '07 Silverado.
I got the suspension apart enough so I could at least get the passenger side strut mounted. Suddenly, a very loud thunderclap made me take a look outside. Suere enough weather was coming.
I bolted parts back on, enough that I could move the truck and bring the car inside. Record time for me remounting wheels, attaching sway bar ends and brake line mounts. Got the truck out and car pulled in just as the first raindrops began to come down.
Guess I'll check out the forum until this batch of rain clears up.
