Or plan B. I never remove my roof...if i wanted a driving sunburn i woulda bought a vert. Never been a drop top fan. Had the coupe come with a solid top it would have been so much the better as far as i'm concerned.
Exactly my thoughts. I have driven mine with the top off twice in the two years I have owned the car and never plan on removing it again. Makes the whole car feel flimsy and unstable. I like the rigidity of a fixed roof.
I like the rigidity of my roof and I imagine during the summer when it's 100 degrees during the day the roof will stay on more, but on a 75 degree and Sunny day I can't resist driving without it!

I agree !!, here in Florida the winters are nice, nice enough to take the top off if you are going on a nice drive ( more than 30 mins ),
and parking somewhere safe.
Personally the hassle of taking it off and putting it on for short trips is a nuisance, the summers here are BRUTAL !!!!! so venting is definetly needed ( not too many areas to park with shade trees !! )
An electric Webasto Hollandia 300 series spoiler sunroof on the targa with a rain sensor would be AWESOME ! ( shhh, don't tell anyone i'm thinking of modifying my targa and installing one) but i heard that's heresy round these forum parts lol
I'm a little more cautious now about where I park with the targa off ever since another Vette owner I know had somebody throw a lit cigarette through the open roof onto his leather seat, burning a nasty hole. Hard to predict or prevent when jagoff haters are going to strike.
