Im not getting the air I should so im inclined to think when I go to close or open different vents nothing is happening,it should blow the air out hard, I can barley feel it coming from the front of the dash, can someone help me Thanks

good chance you have broken vac lines in back of the heater controls. Ever had mice in you vette? They eat through them. You need to take the radio out to get to them.

Since your description of the problem was too vague to pinpoint your options...

Can you feel the volume of air changing as you change fan speeds? If not then there might be a problem with the resistors and relay that control the blower fan.

The various doors in the HVAC system are controlled by vacuum actuators. They are controlled by the HVAC control head function slider (HEAT - etc.). The control head must have vacuum get TO it before anything can happen. Do you have vacuum at the HVAC control head? Is your vacuum check valve (next to the distributor) working? The check valve also feeds the cruise control so it's probably OK if the cruise control works.

I suggest looking at the HVAC control head before doing anything else.
