I broke the brake booster check valve the other day. I bumped it, and it cracked. No biggie, I'll go pick one up at autozone.
Needless to say they don't have the correct valve, so over to the Help asile and pick up a generic one for $6.00. Installed and back on the road.
That night I check Eckler's, Mid America, ect for the correct part. Nobody lists it. Over to Ebay

Did I miss something? are the internal parts made from platnium or red krytonite or something. This is a part that dosen't cost more to manufacture than a toy at the bottom of a box of cereal.
got mine at napa with new seal for $9. Probably could get one from a junkyard even cheaper, I am sure there are many GM cars you could get one off of that fits. it's just a check valve, right?
