which part do i need???

the first pic shows the rubber piece on the passenger side, and the drivers side is missing.

I need to know for sure what it is so i can order it at the same time i oder the headlight gear kit.

Yep checked your part num and ya have it right. Your pax side jam is missing the striker seal. Are ya getting the brass gears for the head light motors?

If your intentions are to order from Ecklers I'd say if you ordered a 29132 you'd get another R/H part! I believe I'd look at 29131 if you wanted a correct fit for the "drivers" side!

You might also want to look at this .pdf and your car to see if you may want the rears that go with the fronts. The image is a better illustrator for the application of both to the car:
