Default Front badge help

I am trying to put on a new front hood badge! I have located the two holes to reach the nuts. My question is what size are the nuts and is there any easy to get the nuts off given the location.

Thanks

Magnetic Socket works. Does your replacement badge have pins or are they threaded ?

Pal nuts. The size of the hex for the badge is 3/8, 7/16, or 10mm. It's not fussy.

need to put something like sticky tape on the socket or they'll go bye real fast and won't get them back. Not sure they are not aluminum and magnet won't work.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. What a PITA! I've had no problem using the product at the end of the thread. It should be as easy to remove as it was to install.

Don't lose the nuts or the socket while doing this as they will slide around in the channel under the front of the hood every time you turn a corner.
Don't ask how I know this!
