3.75' Installed!!

Well I finished the installation of the 3.75's this weekend, and coming from 2.59's all I can say is WOW!! :eek: I went to the local strip here in town for a little quick cruise and ended up at a stop light with an old Mustang. It was a 70 coupe, mainly stock with a few younger fellows inside who were just asking for trouble. Well I couldn't pass up this opportunity. Needless to say I had them drooling at the next light! I'll never understand why the General ever would think about placing 2.59's in a performance car, they might as well have given us a back seat with that option! :lol:

And to who I promised some pics too, they are still coming. I'm having some software issues with my new camera but I'll get them to you.

What are your RPM's at 65~70 MPH?

I'd have to check to be sure, but in OD around 65-70 I believe they are 2500-3000. They use to be around 1900 I think.

Congrats! did it scare you at first? I am going to be installing 3.73 the week and I really can't wait!

2500-3000 is perfect, I don't have to listen to the resonance while cruising.

Actually all the resonance is gone! I used to get it pretty bad at low highway speeds (due to my new exhaust), now I don't even know it. The only side effect is I'm using OD in town alot more.
